Aqua Classes at The MAC...

Add variety to your workout by trying an Aqua Class.  Aqua classes work great for people just beginning an exercise program or those that want to add change into their exercise routine.  As with Group Exercise classes you can make your workout as hard or easy as you want it to be.
Instructors show different levels for each exercise.

Easy on the joints but challenges your heart. A great way to stay fit during pregnancy.
