Group Exercise at The MAC

The Midwest Athletic Club Group Exercise program offers a wide variety of classes which include formats for the beginner as well as the seasoned veteran.

Come be motivated to boost your endurance, strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, and burn lots of calories alongside others with those same goals! 

We offer a wide variety of invigorating classes here at The M.A.C. Our instructors are committed to providing you with safe, fun and effective workouts!  They are certified, highly motivational, and anxious to help you reach your fitness goals!

Exercise Tip: "Think Back, Move Forward" 

Last night I laid on the couch like a bump on a log watching my two children do relay races in the living room- JUST FOR FUN!  Do you remember how fun it was to be active as a kid?  That’s because your physical activity came naturally, by doing things you loved to do. Who doesn’t remember skipping rope in the front yard, shooting hoops, swimming at the pool, riding bikes all over town, or making up dances with your girlfriends?

My tip is to make at least one workout per week one that is strictly for FUN!  Dance, carefree, in Zumba class, go for a bike ride in a Cycle Class, reminisce about gym class in a Boot Camp or F.I.T. Xtreme class, or simply gather some friends to chat with you while you "play" in the pool!

Go on….have fun while you sweat!
