LEVEL 1— Primary Skills: 4 years & above

LEVEL 2— Stroke Readiness
In addition to previously learned stroke techniques, we will begin to coordinate front and back crawl, backstroke, and treading water.

LEVEL 3— Stroke Refinement
Class emphasizes technique, efficiency and endurance of all strokes so participants swim with more ease, efficiency, power and smoothness. Participants should be able to complete once length of the pool unassisted.

LEVEL 4—Advanced Skills
Participants will learn the butterfly stroke while learning flip turns and other advanced skills. Objective is to have perfect strokes and to develop good fitness habits. Great prerequisite for any Lifeguard training.
